Principal Message

With the coming of Haryana (PG) College of Education (Kinana) Jind and of my assuming charge as its first Principal has given me a special responsibility. To start a new institution and that too of teachers who are to make the destiny of a nation, one can imgine the tremendous task one will have to render. With all humility and determination, I took the reins of this college in my hand. In order to make this college of my dreams, I could introduce new ideas, innovative and practices during last two years. The results have been very much encouraging and rewarding. We wish to provide quality teachers to schools of all categories-rural, urban, public and government in the state of Haryana and outside. The focus of this college is to impart value-based teacher education which should be rooted to ancient Indian culture and wisdom and coupled with modern ways of development in global context. The folk culture of Haryana in the form of art, dance, and creative writings has been made an integral part of the curriculum. It would go a long way in preserving traditions and cultural ethos of this progressive state. Hopefully, we would achieve our cherished ideals as enshrined in the vision, mission and objectives of the college with happy cooperation of all faculty, non teaching staff, students and public at large in the years to come. God may bless us in our noble mission.
